Our Ministries and Missions
We hope you will enjoy learning about the ongoing ministries and missions in which our church family is involved!
Worship Ministries
Our church family holds worship services every Sunday morning at 11 am. We worship in the Word and in lifting our voices in praise and thanksgiving, seeking to glorify God in everything we do.
Preaching Style: On most Sundays we take an expository approach in our sermon approach, though the pastor reserves the option of Topical messages as the Lord Leads.
Worship Style: We have a blended worship style, with both traditional hymns and more contemporary choruses on most Sunday. Join us as we learn and lift our voices together for the Lord.
Bible Study/Sunday School
We have Bible Study available for all ages every Sunday and Wednesdays. Sunday School begins at 9:45 am.
Adult Sunday School: Our adults meet in the Family Life Center Fellowship Hall. Adults of all ages are welcome in the class. Our Teacher uses an Expository method of teaching through books of the Bible. The teacher, Rev. David (Dave) Balsley, is a graduate of Biola University and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary.
Children's Sunday School: Our children's Sunday School classes are available in various age graded classes in the Family Life Center. Our Nursery is located in our Main Buildings where our Sanctuary and Offices are located.

Bible Study and Prayer Meeting
Mid-Week Bible Study: Our church family meets in the Family Life Center Fellowship Hall at 1:30 pm every Wednesday. Our Teacher uses an Expository method of teaching through books of the Bible. The teacher, Rev. David (Dave) Balsley, is a graduate of Biola University and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary.
Mid-Week Prayer Meeting: Our church family gathers for corporate prayer immediately following out mid-week Bible study. We focus on praying for our church, our church family, our community, state and nation, and most importantly, we encourage prayer for those who have yet to know Jesus as their savior. Please join us for this most essential part of our church ministry.

Men's Ministry
We have started a Men's Fraternity which meets every other week on Saturdays in the First Baptist Church Family Life Center at 8 am. Please see our Church Calendar to verify dates of meeting as we do at times cancel a meeting for various reasons. We currently working through the study, "Authentic Manhood," which focuses on what it means to be an authentic man. While this study is non-denominational, it does use the Bible as it's primary source for guidance along with sociological studies which Provide insight into the disintegrating societal concept of what it means to be a man in every aspect of our lives.

Celebrate Recovery
Coming Soon... We are hoping to start a Celebrate Recovery Group some time this summer. Watch for announcements on our social media pages or our home page for dates and times.
