Our Journey So Far
January 2019 - Present: First Baptist Church spent the past five years reestablishing who we are. We are grateful for the Lord's presence in providing guidance in our journey, and invite you to join us in creating a new future for our presence in the Cedar City area.

As with all churches, we have experienced periods of growth and decline. At this point in the life of our church we are focused on growing spiritually and as a church family, trusting that the Lord will add to our numbers in accordance with His plan and will. You are welcome to join us in this journey!
Our Projects
Creating Impact
We desire to impact our community with the good news found only in the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
Area's of focus include developing children's ministry, youth ministry, men's ministry, and women's ministry.
Additionally, we are in the process of developing programs that will help people struggling with grief, addiction, and other areas impacted by the current condition of our society.

Spreading Love
We are excited to share that we will hold our first Vacation Bible School in over five years. Vacation Bible School will run from July 8th to 10th.
We are also holding an Evangelism Celebration with evangelist Ryan Young from M516, Inc. - RyanYoung.tv. Our Evangelism Celebration runs from July 14th to 16th.

Empowering Youth & College Age Students
We are ministering to SUU College students and seeking to minister to young people of all ages. Join us in this journey of offering the young people of our area alternatives to our society's corrupt offerings.
We are a conservative body of believers who uphold traditional values. We desire to be a beacon in our community calling those who will listen back to the foundational truths which made the church a sound voice in society, and our nation the great nation it has been for so many years.
